"We have got upgraded to a yurt because our suite was being renovated. In the first hours of checking in the water ran out completely, so I couldn't take a shower. I was trying to call them, but was just taking rounds on the answering machine with no option to talk to a human. I had to walk and talk to the staff to get it fixed. Luckily, they got it sorted out, but that was pretty late: around 11pm. Otherwise a yurt is really nice and has great amenities: kitchen, ac. It was clean overall, but...
